Cancellations and Late Policy

We require a 72 hour notice for any cancellations, this includes changes to your services booked. If you would like to change the service you are booked for please let us know so we can adjust your timing.
If less than 48 hours are given you will be subject to a 100% charge of services booked to your card on file. No shows and late arrivals will also be treated as a late cancel and subject to the same charges.
